The Thrive Programme

Backed by science, this unique self-development framework will open the door to a brighter future.

Thrive allows you to ask yourself important questions in a safe, supportive space. Delivered as either an online 4 session course that you can access at anytime or a 12 week course with me coaching you with no more than 15 others for 60-90 minutes a week. Thrive can also be delivered in a longer workshop format.

This wellbeing and personal development programme is designed to help you take accountability for your health and your success and identify what needs to happen next to make you truly happy.

Thrive is a personal development plan that’s founded on the principles of positive psychology. It’s intended to teach you how to push through all that niggling self-doubt and realise those big ambitions that seem so far out of reach right now. You’ll come away from Thrive with mind-blowing insights and a very tangible shift in perspective, not to mention plenty of tools and techniques to help you continue your self-development journey with confidence.

Thrive helped me through a very challenging time in my life with personal issues as well as work situations. The tools and techniques that we learned over the 12 weeks were incredibly powerful and were an absolute game changer for me personally. How did Thrive come about?

As well as being based on science-backed, tried-and-tested methodologies, Thrive is very much derived from my own experiences. I put together the course in its current form after many years of investing in myself. I’ve tried all the tips, tricks, exercises, and elements within this one-of-a-kind framework, so I know first-hand just how much of a transformative effect they can have on someone who is hungry for change (as long as they are willing to commit to the process, of course!).

The 12 Zones

During the Thrive Programme, we will focus on 12 different areas, which I like to refer to as ‘zones’.

All the concepts explored through Thrive are backed by science, derived from a positive psychology stance, and delivered in an interactive, connected, and collaborative way that will keep everyone engaged as we make our way through the course.

How I can deliver my Thrive Programme:

Introduction to Thrive

This is my short, online, access anytime course.

I like to think of this as a taster, with 4 zones.

The introduction to thrive four-part programme is ideal for someone that wants to dip their toe into personal development, improving their, ability to bounce back in adversity, manage situations they may have struggled with in the past and generally wants to boost their well-being. I share with you short videos and an easy to understand work book, the science backed tools and techniques that have worked for me and countless others.

Jump into the PERMAH well-being scales.

I love this section it underpins everything we need to know about living our best life, focusing on our wellbeing and building our resilience.

This was a game changer for me and I’m sure it will be for you too.

How our brains work.

Delve into the science in a simple and accessible way to understand what lies behind some of our thoughts and patterns. Understanding this will boost your determination to make that change.

Relationships

Whether it’s your relationships at home or at work this section gives you the opportunity to do a deeper dive into how you interact with those around you. Perhaps there are some people you may want to ‘move away ‘ from and others that you want a find a way to pull them closer.

This section will give you the resources you need to find insight and courage.

That’s great but how do I sustain the change I want to make. `

Will power runs out, how often have you committed to something only to find that a few days or weeks down the line, whoops back to where you started and feeling deflated.

In this section I’ll share with you what makes things stick, straight forward techniques that have worked for me and many others.

All sessions are pre-recorded with a downloadable workbook to accompany your learning.

12 zone online course

This option is perfect for smaller groups or businesses with remote or international teams and is by far the most engaging option.

The programme’s content will be delivered at 12 live online events in a specified timeframe. The maximum group size for live online courses is 15.

Your investment also includes access to the short, online, access anytime course; Introduction to Thrive  

One-to-One Coaching (with Introduction to Thrive)

If you prefer to have one to one coaching with me, that is available. Coaching will allow you to really focus in on the things that are specific to you and your challenges as you work through the course.

One to one coaching is usually online, however face to face can be arranged depending on where you are located.  

I offer coaching packages of 6 x 1-hour sessions, plus a 30 min free chemistry session before we proceed to ensure that we are both comfortable and we feel we are right for each other. 

Your investment in one-to-one coaching will give you access to the materials from Introduction to Thrive and the online workbooks.

How do I measure everyone’s progress?

Before we kick off Thrive, I will ask each participant to complete the PERMAH Wellbeing Survey. This will give you a wellbeing score based on your responses to the questionnaire. I’ll repeat this exercise at the end of the course to see how much things have changed for you after we’ve done this life-changing work together. Plus, I’ll encourage you to set your own personal and/or professional goals, so you can use this opportunity to work towards the milestones that really matter to you.

Additional support

You will be added to a Buddy Bubble, which is a small WhatsApp community that gives you the perfect forum for asking questions, chatting with like-minded business leaders, and, perhaps most importantly, holding yourself accountable for change. If you reach the end of the programme and realise that you would like to delve into the principles of Thrive a little deeper, I can offer follow-up coaching sessions. Is Thrive the right programme for you?

To get the most out of Thrive, you’ll need to be curious Why? Because, above all else, this framework requires an open mind. It’s going to introduce you to lots of new ideas, some of which might feel a little bit uncomfortable at first – but you must be willing to push through your own perceptions and give something different a try.

You won’t get away with being a passive observer, either. You’ll need to get stuck in from day one. In return, you’ll get all the game-changing content that’s delivered in my courses or workshops, as well as a tonne of extra links, videos, and resources to help you grow further.

Catch It, Crack It, Hack It method

Introducing the Catch It, Crack It, Hack It method to boosting your personal development, wellbeing and resilience.

I have spent years working in this arena with individuals, teams, and groups and have come up with a simplified method to describe a pathway to transformation that I’ve tried, tested and I know works It worked for me and many others like me. It will work for you. Many of the concepts that I share with clients through my work in organisations, teams, groups and one-to-one coaching explore complex issues, after all, we live in complex times and we are unique and complex individuals. The work I do with you will provide you with the tools and techniques you need to make a change, I’ll give information about resources around the topic that I have used to develop these tools, so if you want to delve further into the science and evidence, it’s there for you.

All you need to bring is curiosity and commitment.

Note this model isn’t linear, we move around it as we work to make change stick. That’s ok because we are not linear, and neither is our thinking. For example, we may think we have got a thinking pattern nailed and then a few months down the line we get triggered by something that happens. Perfectly normal. However next time we know what to do, we have learned how to make the model work for us.

I want to give you simple ways of thinking and techniques that you can use right away and every day. The Catch It, Crack It, Hack It model will give you those skills.
