I help business leaders implement organizational change by spearheading wellbeing and resilience initiatives.

My core role as a consultant is to assist with moving company-critical projects forward so my clients can embrace a new way of working that enhances the wellbeing of their employees and their service users. It takes a lot to push something new over the line, but I’ve got the grit to get you there!

Working across partners and networks, I not only find and develop better ways to do things – I make sure these concepts are embedded in frameworks for long-term transformation. Managing stakeholder relationships is also very much within my wheelhouse; it’s a skill that I’ve honed after more than 30 years of driving innovation in high pressure and often complex environments.

So, if you need support with implementing wellbeing programmes, rolling out new frameworks, developing staff skills through tailored training sessions and workshops, achieving specific accreditation, developing effective team building experiences, or something else entirely, I’m your woman.

 Created a personal development programme for the NHS

 Facilitated workshops with the NHS, groups of stakeholders associated with projects and teams

 Created an organisational wellbeing framework to undertake a self-assessment of where an organisation needs to focus its efforts

 Action learning sets and group facilitation with senior leaders in the NHS (ICB)

 Worked to create pathways into work (working with partners with a CIC/not for profit)

 Co-written a BSc (Hons) degree in health, wellbeing and community for a UK university

 Implemented Cultural change coaching within the fire and rescue service

 Physical activity into social prescribing pathways for a leading public body (Sport England)

 Enjoyed various appointments as a guest lecturer and public speaker
